• Each user may create only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• Keeping your account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Allowing a third party to use your account is a violation of these Terms.
• If any of your details change (such as mobile number or payment method), notify us immediately.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Use only a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account used for the deposit.
• Any portion of the bonus balance for which the wagering requirement has not been met cannot be withdrawn.

ko777 reserves the right to verify any withdrawal in order to prevent unusual or suspicious transactions. Payments may be delayed until this process is complete.

ko777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, and it applies only to the bonus amount — not to the original deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games — see the details of each offer.
• Using multiple bonus offers at the same time is prohibited unless otherwise stated.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to exploit the system is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ko777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on ko777:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is not completed due to a technical error or disconnection, a decision will be made in accordance with ko777's rules.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any game or bet, ko777's decision will be considered final.
• For sports betting, the outcome of a bet depends on the official result.
• Casino game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• ko777 reserves the right to cancel bets or withhold payments if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

Specific rules for each game category are detailed on that game's page. If you have questions about any game, contact the support team.
